♟️ Chess

The Chess Invitational is a national chess competition for Deaf and Hard of Hearing high school students. The tournament is composed of 5-player teams that work to win points for their school as they go head-to-head in friendly competition. This weekend competition is hosted by different Deaf Schools every year and allows students to test their skills at a national level, while building friendships and connections with peers.

Our team will travel to the Texas School for the Deaf in May of 2026 for the 8th annual Chess Invitational.
